Dr. Himali Dissanayake obtained her MBBS from the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka, and worked in Emergency, ICU, and Anaesthesia departments for over 10 years. She first moved to New Zealand before migrating to Australia to provide a better lifestyle for her family.
She earned her Fellowship from the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) in 2020 and completed certificate courses in Dermoscopy and Family Planning, Reproductive, and Sexual Health. Since 2017, she has been practicing as a GP in Western Australia.

Women’s health, including Mirena insertions
Paediatrics and infant health
Chronic disease management
Mental health
Aboriginal health
She also runs the Iron Infusion Clinic at our practice.
