We have made the decision to move to AutoMed Systems for our online booking appointment system.
AutoMed is a secure system that does not store any patient information.
You can book appointments via our website or by downloading the AMS Connect App.
To make and manage your appointments from the mobile app:
- Download the app AMS Connect from your app store or scan the QR Code in reception
- Open the app, search for Granada Medical Practice and tap Select.
- Complete a once-off registration by entering your details and agreeing to the T&C’s – tap Register.
- You will receive a once-off SMS code, enter it, and tap Verify.
- You are now registered and will see the Home Page each time you open the app, from which you can view and manage existing appointments and make new appointments for you and your family.
- Please note: We may also send you SMS Notifications from time to time.
