That’s why we’re delighted to announce that, in alignment with proposed government changes to Medicare and in response to the current economic challenges faced by many in our community, we will return to a fully bulk-billed model for all GP consultations starting 1 June 2025.

What This Means for You:

• No out-of-pocket costs for standard consultations with our GPs.
• Continued affordability: We’re reverting to the same bulk-billing model we had until the end of 2021, ensuring our loyal patients can access care without financial stress.
• Exceptions: A small out-of-pocket fee may apply for certain procedures
•  Certain procedures may remain same due to high consumable cost and some additional expense (e.g., iron infusions, skin-related treatments)

We understand the pressures of rising living costs and want to do our part to support our patients. With all our doctors agreeing to this transition, we hope this decision will provide much-needed relief while maintaining the high-quality care you expect from us.
